Acknowledging direct feedback from corporate companies highlighting a critical need for enhanced communication and professional etiquette among graduates, he implemented a comprehensive training curriculum that begins from the very first year rather than waiting until the final semesters.

Anurag Avasthi’s profound understanding of student psychology is deeply rooted in his extensive educational background and a long, diverse teaching career. Originally born in Ayodhya with his native roots in Faizabad, his family—including his grandparents and his father—migrated to Himachal Pradesh around 1960.

Consequently, he was born, brought up, and educated entirely within the state. Beginning his academic journey in a local government primary school, he later had the distinct pleasure of joining the prestigious chain of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya schools, proudly standing as an alumnus of the Nahan branch.

He subsequently pursued his BSc and MBA degrees. Committed to lifelong learning, he continues his education today through an ongoing senior leadership certification from IIM Indore and recently completed a rigorous certification with the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), specializing in the domain of soft skills.

This robust educational foundation paved the way for a dynamic teaching career that began back in the year 2000 as a primary school educator. Over the decades, he seized the rare opportunity to teach across every academic tier, progressing from classes one through five, moving up to middle and high school, and eventually instructing B.Com, BBA, and MBA cohorts. Teaching from the first grade all the way up to master's level equipped him with an unparalleled ability to decode child psychology and deal effectively with diverse student demographics.

Today, Anurag Avasthi channels this vast reservoir of experience directly into his current profile, harboring a strong, specific desire to uplift the youth of Himachal Pradesh. He observes that while local students are inherently stable, sincere, and deeply honest, they occasionally struggle to achieve maximum professional success because they hesitate to relocate to major metropolitan hubs like Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, or Noida. Identifying a distinct lack of proper goal setting as a primary barrier, he dedicates significant time to helping these students establish the right objectives so they can achieve higher success rates in their lives.

In this noble pursuit, he draws immense inspiration from a powerful lineage of role models. His primary inspiration is his own father, a dedicated educationist who spent his entire life enriching the academic sector before retiring as a Deputy Director from Solan. Beyond his immediate family, he deeply cherishes the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

Furthermore, he is profoundly moved by the legacy of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam—a tremendously successful scientist, President, and educationist who constantly engaged and motivated the youth. Echoing Dr. Kalam's powerful philosophy, Anurag frequently shares a defining quote with his students:
