Anuj also provides grooming services for men which includes regular services along with groom’s makeup as well.

Anuj hails from a small village in Chittorgarh. He moved to Udaipur for further studies after completing Mechanical Engineering. Despite starting his career as a mechanical engineer, he eventually switched to their family business of barbering due to medical reasons and lack of interest in engineering.

However, Anuj faced opposition from friends and family when he considered a career shift, as they believed barbering wasn't a reputable profession and they also questioned his ability to do makeup, especially of females. Despite this, Anuj started by cutting children's hair in his village. He then completed a one-year course in hair styling from Chittorgarh and began his first job as a hairstylist in Udaipur .

Although his initial salary was only nine thousand rupees, Anuj's dedication helped him build a loyal clientele. His work received praise from customers, who appreciated both his hairstyling and makeup skills. Anuj's goal has always been to enhance his clients' appearance, believing that one's work serves as the best form of marketing. He also shares that he charges a premium from clients in his village as they have the money and he capitalizes on his fame of being a hair and makeup stylist in Udaipur.

Due to the impact of Covid-19, Anuj's business suffered heavily as it relied on close interaction with clients. However, once the lockdown ended, Anuj ensured strict adherence to safety measures and prioritized hygiene. He believes that grooming can bring positivity and rejuvenation to both the body and mind, especially during challenging times.

He draws inspiration from his grandfather, whose resilience, discipline, and dedication motivate him to excel every day. He encourages young people to consider hair styling as a creative and rewarding career, emphasizing that one's skills and work speak for themselves.
