Leaving her HRM job at one of Udaipur’s biggest Hotel Group, Antra followed her passion for photography. She is a Bride Specialist Photographer along with a Travel Vlogger.

Antra Bhati is a Freelance Photographer. She works closely with NGOs in Udaipur and makes documentaries in rural areas that need development.

Antra was born in Kolkata but grew up in Udaipur. She always wanted to go into Photography and pursue Mass Communication to move ahead in this field. But due to the financial challenges and other circumstances she did BBM. She never gave up on her passion for Photography. Then she did MBA in Human Resources Management. She even worked as an HR Manager in various hotels of Udaipur for a couple of years. But then she left her job and got into full time photography. She started her journey with Wedding Photography initially and then stepped into Product, Baby and Bride Photography. Currently she is working as a Bride Specialist Photographer.

Antra considers her mother as her Role Model because she also used to do photography in her time.

Speaking about her struggles, Antra says that due to her photography work, she used to come home late. Because of this people used to talk bad about her and that was quite a struggle for her. But with her parents’ support and strength, she could excel in her career. Also, convincing everybody about taking photography as a profession and making money out of it, was challenging for her.

Talking about her achievements, Antra says that being invited by All India Radio on Photography Day, was an achievement for her. Second, Hindustan Zinc’s CSR Head highly appreciated her photography at an event, which was her biggest achievement.

The advice that Antra gives to today’s generation is to follow your passion no matter what will be the result of it. Because if you enjoy doing something, you will eventually do well in that thing.

Besides Photography, Antra loves to travel and learn new languages in her spare time.
