Ankita Singhal is a chef and owner at Zoe’s Cake Studio, Udaipur.

Ankita comes from Udaipur. She is an internationally trained cake artist. She has been into home baking since 2010. Initially, she started baking as a hobby when she was pursuing a company secretary course and then took it up as a profession. She travelled to Singapore and Malaysia in order to get training in the field. She loves cooking, and it is a passion for her.

When asked about her achievements, Ankita says the appreciation received by people is the biggest achievement for her.

Talking about her mistakes, Ankita says that there are so many recipes that she has to try them again and again, but she feels it is not a mistake. She believes that every recipe, as well as every day, teaches her something new in life.

Ankita shares that baking is a very important part of her life, and she can’t imagine detaching herself from this field.

Ankita’s role model was her parents, who always supported and encouraged her to do better in life. Her husband is also very supportive.

Ankita loves singing, and music is helpful for her in order to attain mental peace.

Sharing her experience, Ankita says that in the year 2018, she got an order to bake an approximately 5-foot cake that was very challenging and took almost 10 days to complete.

Ankita advises that doing something for yourself, being determined, and not giving up in life will help you achieve success.
