Ankit Lohar is a Marketing Account Manager-Associate at Fusion Business Solutions (P) Limited in Udaipur.

Recalling his childhood, Ankit says that he spent it enjoying himself with his friends on the streets of Udaipur. He remembers the moments that he spent swimming in the Fateh Sagar Lake.

Talking about his challenges, Ankit says that after completing his graduation, when he started doing his first job, the real challenge started. It was difficult for him to work in the corporate sector, and he faced many challenges. He faced the challenge of following the rules and regulations and being disciplined. But now he overcomes these challenges by observing his supervisors and mentors. He has also learned a lot.

Accepting his mistakes, Ankit says that he didn’t save anything for the future and invested in various bad things, which was his biggest mistake.

Advising aspirants to his field, Ankit says that it is important to be a good seller. Learn to present yourself in front of others. One should have good communication skills in this field.

Ankit believes that self-motivation is the most important thing in life. The quote "It’s life and that’s OK, which is to move on" motivates him a lot.

In his free time, Ankit likes to hang out with his friends. He also likes trekking.

Comparing education and experience, Ankit says that a balance of both is important. Education is just like the energy ticket, whereas experience also matters a lot. He says that the most important thing is your ability to gain knowledge.
