Anju Pamecha has been running her brand ‘Crazy Nuts’ for two years offering a range of healthy snacks. She specialises in gift hampers for occasions like  weddings and corporate events. She recently joined ‘She Circle India’ to grow her business and to get support from fellow entrepreneurs.

Anju Pamecha has been operating her own company, Crazy Nuts, for the past two years. Under the brand name, she sells flavoured dried fruits, makhanas, seeds, dehydrated berries, and other products. All items are natural and free of chemicals, artificial colours, or preservatives.

Pamecha says the objective of her business is to ensure that every family gets nutritious food. Initially, she conducted extensive studies on all the items she sells. She claims that all items sold by her are roasted and there is no frying equipment at all in her facility. First, all the nuts are roasted in sand over low heat, and then different flavours are added to them using honey avoiding the use of sugar.

Talking about her inspiration behind entering this line of business, Anju Pamecha says she started her business at the age of 42, inspired by her mother-in-law. Anju used to observe her mother-in-law sitting idle and finding it difficult to pass her day. This made Anju to establish something on her own to help children and students gain the most by getting healthy food. After doing extensive studies and polls, she came up with the concept of nutritious snacks.

Anju Pamecha shares that she enjoys preparing the snacks and takes delight in offering it to others. She specialises in gift hampers for occasions such as weddings and business events. She claims that in today's world, gifting is popular, and that if the gift is healthy, it brings enjoyment to both the giver and the recipient.

Pamecha is from Haldighati, Khamnor, and presently resides in Udaipur. She finished her education in a government school and graduated from a private college. When asked about her upbringing, she recalls that it was quite wonderful because she grew up in a joint household and enjoyed it with her five siblings.

She considers her father as a role model since he is calm and understanding. Her father often teaches her that what you give to others will come back to you, and she lives her life accordingly. She also admires her father for raising her and her siblings without limitations.

Anju Pamecha says her spouse inspired her to read books, and she has a small library at home filled with motivational books, fiction, and drama novels. Sudha Murthy is her favourite writer, and she likes the phrases by APJ Abdul Kalam. The proverb "Work so hard that defeat never comes to you" encourages her greatly. Her favourite books are Atomic Habits and The Secrets, both of which may transform your mindset and lifestyle, she believes.

Anju Pamecha started her company two years ago with just two to five kilograms of almonds. However, as time passed, people began to appreciate her products, and her makhanas and dry fruits are now available in numerous shops around the city. Cashews are offered in a variety of tastes under the Crazy Nuts brand, including caramel cashews and salsa cashews. Almonds are available in six to seven varieties, and raisins in three to four flavours. They are now preparing to debut a new product, Soya Protein Chips, which will be completely baked.

Pamecha encourages all women to build their own businesses rather than wasting their leisure time over cell phones. If you rest for four hours, and if you take even two hours out of that time to start working, you will reach a point where you will be proud of yourself in the following two to three years, she adds. You will not feel dependent on others and will not need to ask for anything from others. She feels that everyone should keep themselves occupied.

Anju asks young people to heed to their parents and avoid social media. She recommends using social media only to remain up to date with and obtain news. If you don't feel like studying, Anju recommends doing something creative and using your intellect rather than going around social media.

Anju Pamecha is also a member of the ‘She Circle India’, which is an excellent group. There are 70 to 80 females in the group that are quite supportive. She recommends that any lady who is conducting business or wants to expand her business should join She Circle India. Everyone should attempt to spend their leisure time doing creative things, she says.

If you wish to buy or test her dried fruits, visit the Perahan Display Store run by She Circle India,  which is located near the Adidas Showroom in Ashok Nagar. Anyone may go to the supermarket and test the many types of nutritious items displayed there, says Anju.
