Anjali Saini is an English teacher at Witty International School. She teaches 3rd and 5th grade students. Anjali has been given the responsibility of a class teacher as well.
Anjali says that she started her teaching journey while pursuing her MA, which later marked the beginning of her career in the education field. However, she later took a break from work and resumed after giving birth to her daughter.
Born and brought up in Jaipur, Anjali shares a glimpse of her childhood memories, a time when she used to play with her sisters and teach them.
Talking about her challenges, Anjali says that getting married and taking a break from work were not easy for her. She adds that juggling her professional life with taking care of her 2-year-old daughter was a challenge for her. On the family front, Anjali says that getting to know that his father has cancer was a hard pill to swallow. Unfortunately, she ended up losing her father to death, which felt like the ground had slipped off under her feet.
Talking about her experience of the pandemic, Anjali says that though on the personal front she could spend more time with her kids and explore new recipes, on the other hand, it was difficult for her to teach them and make them stay disciplined towards their studies.
When asked about her role models, Anjali says she draws inspiration from her father and has always admired him for his discipline, time management, and sincerity.
When asked about her thoughts on the importance of education and experience, Anjali says that while education provides a foundation, experience gives you opportunities to learn and grow.
If Anjali could go back in time through a time machine, she would revisit her childhood and relive those happy and fun days yet again. She would also spend more time with her father, who passed away early.
In her spare time, Anjali likes to be with her kids, listen to music, and dance.
