Anita Jain is living proof that if something is desired with an honest heart, even the universe conspires in your favour. She is a beautician who is hustling through the ups and downs of life with immense determination and self-belief.

Anita owns a beauty parlour named Young’s Beauty Point & Training Institute in the city of lakes, Udaipur. She has been in the beauty business for the last twenty-six years. Anita has trained many successful batches accounting to almost five hundred students till now. She is content and proud that each of her students is well-established and doing good.

Anita belongs to Pratapgarh town of Rajasthan, from where she completed her schooling. After school, she got married and moved to Udaipur. Anita always wanted to be a beautician but was not encouraged enough to pursue a career in it. However, she believed that every work deserves equal respect, and if done with determination and a whole heart, it can give fruitful results. Comparatively, her in-laws were quite supportive, and she decided to pursue her childhood dream.

At the time she started her training, her husband earned a meagre salary in a private job. So, she decided to become his support and strength and completed her training on a concession rate paid in instalments. Soon after she started her course, she got pregnant. Hence, the rest of the course she completed until her eight months of pregnancy. But after she delivered the baby boy, she couldn’t continue to practice. She resumed her practice after two years and worked at multiple parlours and salons. Thus, she had to overcome a lot of problems for pursuing her passion. But she successfully did it with the support and trust of her family.

While working in parlours, she could not give proper time and attention to her son, due to which he sank into depression, and his academics were affected. So, Anita decided to leave the job and start her venture from the comfort of her home. In the same small room, she used to teach his son and deal with the customers. Gradually in six months, her parlour was a success. Her determination and perseverance paid off.

Anita loves her job and treats her clients as God. She is very possessive and honest with her work. Anita also runs a training institute and has trained and continues to train numerous girls. She has also trained illiterate girls and made them self-sufficient and job-ready. Whenever Anita talks to or sees her students doing good, she feels utmost happiness and pride. She is a giver by nature and believes in sharing knowledge and good energy.

Anita’s parents are her role models. She admires her father for his guidance and friendly approach to her. She has learnt important life skills like being happy at all times and living in the present from her father. Moreover, her mother’s religious approach and her advice  of conscious talking and listening more than speaking are what she admires. Her family is her first best friend and then her husband, post marriage. She credits her husband for being a backbone to her and wings to her flight. She respects him for showing trust in her and empowering her every step of the way. Furthermore, her son is also very crucial support in her life, without whom she would not have managed her parlour work at home.

During covid lockdowns, she followed all the safety measures and kept her parlour closed at all times. She spent quality time with her family and slept till her heart’s desire.

Anita is a fiercely ambitious businesswoman with strong will and determination to progress in her chosen field. She values dreams, ambitions, and hard work to her core. These invaluable principles in her are what makes her clients and students return to her every time.
