Felicitated as the employee of the month in his previous company, Anit made a deliberate shift to academia to share his knowledge. Proficient in software development, he designed a website and app for school and library management systems, showcasing expertise in Python, Java, and PSP.

Anit Kumar Yadav currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Aravali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur.

Originally from Dumka in Jharkhand, Anit's educational journey commenced at J.B. Public School, Jamtara, where he completed his schooling until the 10th grade. He continued his academic pursuit in Bihar and later ventured to the Aravali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur, to do his BTech in Computer Science. His thirst for knowledge led him to further pursue a Master Degree at the Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur.

Before dedicating himself to academia, Anit gained valuable experience in a sales company in Bangalore. This stint equipped him with the art of effective communication and client management. Despite excelling in the corporate realm, he felt a calling to return to Udaipur and start a career in teaching. He discovered that the academic sector not only fosters continuous self-development but also provides a platform to share one's wealth of knowledge.

Anit draws inspiration from his parents; his mother, a government teacher, instilled in him a passion for academics, while his father's unwavering dedication fueled his work ethics. The life philosophies of Ratan Tata and MS Dhoni also inspire him. He finds motivation in Ratan Tata's quote, "None can destroy iron, but its own rust can. Likewise, none can destroy a person but their own mindset can."

Reflecting on his journey, Anit acknowledges the pivotal role of struggle in achieving success. During his tenure as a sales executive in Bangalore, he climbed the corporate ladder to become a Business Development Manager. However, the path to success was laden with challenges, leaving him financially, emotionally, and mentally drained. Despite these hurdles, his tenacity shone through, earning him the title of the ‘Best Employee of The Month’.

His adeptness in software development is evident through his creation of a website and app for school and library management systems, showcasing his proficiency in Python, Java, and PSP.

Anit fervently encourages young minds to consider teaching as a career choice. According to him, it not only facilitates personal growth but also offers the privilege of imparting knowledge. The respect garnered in the field is an additional reward.
