Anisur, a cricket coach, has been running his academy since 1993. He encourages his students to pursue dreams by living a life of total discipline.

Anisur Rahman is a cricket coach who runs a cricket academy. He has been active as a coach since 1993. He is also working as a Physical Instructor with Aryan Public School.

Anisur always had a dream of opening a cricket academy to coach small kids in Ranchi. In 1993, he started coaching and held a camp for kids which was appreciated very much. After that he started giving regular coaching and conducting workshops for the kids.

Remembering his childhood, Anisur says he used to enjoy cricket and was a great fan of Sunil Gavsakar. He completed all his school and college education from Durva, Ranchi. He also received a post graduation degree in Physical Education. He represented Amravati in cricket from where he was doing his physical education course. He also worked as a lecturer with the same college for a while.

When asked about his role models, Anisur says he considers his father as his role  model. His father supported and planned his education so well which brought him to the field he had wished for.

Speaking about his mistakes, Anisur says he thinks ignoring studies to follow his passion for cricket was one of them.

Anisur’s life mantra is to follow discipline in life, especially instilling this in his students to follow cricket. He wants his students to be good human beings and practice sportsmanship.

His pride and accomplishments come from seeing his students succeed. Many of them have earned spots on cricket teams at the state and national levels.

Anisur advises young athletes to make significant sacrifices, such as giving up worldly   pleasures and other distractions, in order to achieve success in this extremely difficult career. One needs to be persistent and patient in the area, he says.
