Anil has worked hard his entire life to forge his own identity and has developed his own workshop. He still puts a lot of effort into growing his company and providing its customers with the best services.

Anil Umrania hails from the city of Udaipur. However, he is basically from Mundra town in the Kutch district of Gujarat. He lives in a joint family with his parents, his wife and three children, and his brother and his family.

Due to a weak financial situation and a huge family, Anil started working at a very young age to help his father provide for the family. In tenth grade, he worked at a nearby factory after school hours, and after completing his tenth grade, he left school to go to Rajasthan with his brother to work with his uncle. His uncle had a workshop for dye manufacturing, where he stayed and learned about this industry.

After working for five years at his uncle’s workshop, Anil tried to start his own work, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. Then he continued working in Udaipur itself at an industrial company, where he worked for fifteen years. Thereafter, he worked at another workshop for five years.

All that work experience gave Anil enough knowledge and confidence to start his own workshop again, and seven years ago, he finally started his own workshop with his brother. Most of his work is in the engineering field, and though he does not have an engineering degree, his work is very precise and of high quality. That’s why his workshop attracts high-profile clients like Secure Meters and Pyrotech.

Initially, Anil had to push himself a lot and work too hard to make his workshop recognized, but due to his diligence, slowly but surely his work gained pace and prominence. He has finally built a house and now has the liberty to give time to his family too.

Anil constantly works to expand his business. He is also planning to install new machinery in his workshop so as to give exclusive service to his clients. He still works hard and for long hours to keep his workshop at a high level. Anil has always maintained a small circle of friends and spends most of his time at the workshop.

Anil always had a progressive vision and was resolute to make himself even more successful. Initially, though, he was not able to employ his full potential to work due to his family commitments and several uncertain and temporary jobs. But now his children have also grown up, and he is relaxed as they are taking care of themselves, and he is relatively free of his family responsibilities. He is satisfied that he can finally work towards the development of his business with full focus.

Anil says that he does not like getting free time as he enjoys his work and wants to expand it even more. However, he surely takes out time for his family and likes taking his children on small trips.

During the lockdown period, Anil’s business was also affected, but while acknowledging the obvious loss due to the lockdown, he also says that it was a good learning period too, and people have picked up some really good habits because of it. He says that children have learned how to self-study, and people have become technologically sound as they have started working from home, which has also increased their overall productivity.

Anil regards his uncle as a huge supporter of him and a big contributor to his success, as he learned the basics of this industry from him. He is also thankful to his former employer, Mr. Pankaj Bhanawat, for his unconditional support and financial help for him and his family.
