Being a victim of cyberbullying, Anil’s well settled corporate life got disturbed, due to which he established a Foundation to make people aware about the benefits of technology. He is also active for many social causes and does charity to help the poor and needy.

Anil Rachamalla is the founder of ‘End Now Foundation’ in Hyderabad, which is Asia’s first foundation that promotes Internet Ethics and Digital Well being. He started this foundation which is zero funded in 2017. For the first four years, he worked full time for the foundation itself but recently he has taken an assignment in one of the software companies called ‘Enterprise Application Services’ because he was into Enterprise Consultancy work prior to establishing this foundation.

Anil shares that he himself was a victim of cyberbullying and even after a lot of legal proceedings, he could not get justice from the Indian Judicial System. Then he felt that there is a huge vacuum in this area which can be filled and that’s when he founded ‘End Now Foundation.’ Under this, he deals with things related to technology such as mobile phones, social media and other platforms where people try to spread negativity and he works to reduce it. He is making continuous efforts to move forward in this field, by publishing more than two-hundred-and-fifty articles, fifteen books that are available on Amazon and has organised hundred plus radio shows.

About his childhood, Anil says that his childhood was very disturbed because he was not even one-month old when his mother passed away. He was born in Hyderabad and remained with his grandmother after his mother died and spent most of his life in hostels. He did his schooling from V.S. St. John’s Higher Secondary School, Andhra Pradesh and came to Hyderabad for plus two. Then he did Engineering from Telangana and did his MBA too, always staying away from his family.

After completing his education, Anil took up Channel Management work in Channel Distribution Networks with big companies. Then he did many certification courses related to IT and software services like ERP, Sigma, Oracle, etc. He has been an ERP Consultant for a long time and has visited more than eighteen countries for his work. He is also a Founder of ‘Disable Foundation’, which takes care of poor, needy and physically challenged people.

Anil has three role models in his life, the first of which is his grandmother who despite being illiterate raised him well and always maintained her originality. Second, his uncle and his cousin, who are highly educated and determined in life so they have always been a source of inspiration to Anil. Third is his wife because for four years Anil didn’t do any work to set up and grow his foundation and her wife supported him by running her YouTube channel and always stood by him.

In his spare time, Anil loves spending time with his family and writing articles. He also likes to spend time with people who are either younger or older than him as he gets inspired from them. Other than this, he tries to fulfil his dream of travelling around the world for ‘Swach Cyber Yatra’ to make people aware about the safest side of technology and social media.

Anil talks about Leadership and how to become a good leader. He thinks as a leader you should give confidence and emotional support to your subordinates so that they can talk comfortably with you. About himself he says that he is not a born leader but he has learned a lot with time and experience which made him a good leader as he values everyone’s emotions.
