He highlights potential career paths in cruise lines, wine companies, alcohol and beverages companies, and the prospect of ascending to roles like Food and Beverage Manager in hotels. Looking forward, one can aim to become a General Manager of a hotel, offering the potential for a lucrative income.

Reflecting on his childhood, Anil shares that he had held a deep fondness for cooking since a young age, encouraged by his mother. Being the elder sibling with a younger sister, he regularly engaged in cooking. This early passion led him to pursue a career in the hospitality industry, where he has now dedicated over 15 years of his professional journey.
