After gaining experience in the corporate sector, Anil founded two enterprises, which he has been running successfully with his hard work and dedication.

Anil Kumar Khatri is the CEO and founder of Jasolika Creations. He hails from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Talking about his educational qualifications, Anil says he completed his 12th from Gujarat, following which he did his graduation from Jodhpur. Anil has also done an MBA from Pune. Thereafter, he took a course in Quality Management System from IRCA in the United Kingdom.

Discussing his professional journey, Anil says that just after completing his education, he spent six years working in the corporate sector. He mainly worked in the HRM field, and having gained experience, he opened his own consulting firm under the name K3 Softech Solutions. Anil also runs a handicraft products company called Jasolika Creations, which he established in 2016.

Anil was born in Deesa, Gujarat, which is also known as the ‘potato city’. His father is a businessman, while his mother is a housewife. Anil’s venture, Jasolika Creations, offers premium handicraft products ranging from home decor items to corporate gifts.

When asked about his mistakes, Anil says he considers starting his career with a trading company a mistake since it came with product supply and quality issues. However, later on, he rectified it by starting his own manufacturing unit.

Talking about his role models, Anil says he considers Ratan Tata his inspiration and wishes to walk in his footsteps.

In his message to aspiring entrepreneurs, Anil says that this field has a wide scope since Jodhpur is one of the biggest export centres of all kinds of handicraft products and is known for its handicraft manufacturing. On that note, he advises entrepreneurs to focus on product quality and strive to fulfil the time commitments.
