Anil Jain is a software developer at MTech in Mumbai.

Anil hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He completed his schooling until the seventh grade at Queen Mary High School and then studied at Nutan Vidya Mandir for higher classes. He did his BCA at Kiran Devi Saraf College. He always used to interact with his teachers and learn more and more from them in his childhood.

Anil shares that after completing his studies, he worked with multiple companies and gained a lot of knowledge about programming and web development. Currently, he is working as a software developer for a good organisation.

Talking about his struggles, Anil says that when he was at Infogen, he faced many challenges as he had to complete the task of updating a database. It was taking too much time to store the data, so he created a tool to save time and make work easier.

Accepting his mistakes, Anil says that he once made a huge mistake in his work due to a lack of awareness. He learned not to do any work in a hurry and to think twice before making any decision.

Sharing his achievements, Anil says that he prepared a module in very little time for his first company. In Infogen India Pvt. Ltd., he was awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ for the creation of a new tool. His biggest accomplishment was gifting a car to his father to fulfil his dreams.

Anil’s role model is his team leader at Infogen, Sampoorna Atmaramani, who has always guided and helped him a lot.

Anil advises the young generation to be focused on their passions and dreams. Always work towards achieving your current goals.

The quote that inspires and motivates him is ‘Who will pay you and why will he pay you?’ It means you must have skills and qualities to get results and appreciation.

In his free time, Anil likes to learn new things and new technologies. He also likes to gain knowledge about everything to keep himself updated.

If given a time machine to go back in time, Anil would change the technologies and give new ones to the world with his current knowledge.
