Hailing from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, Tripathi has been engaged in the organic products industry since 2009. His journey began with prominent companies like Morarka Organic Foods Limited, Sanjeevani Organics, and Natureland Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd., before he launched his own retail brand, Induz Organic in 2019.
Tripathi’s educational background includes a graduation from BHU and an MBA from the Institute of Business Studies and Research Management College in Navi Mumbai. His career started as a marketing consultant at Equations Marketing Consultants, followed by a stint at Popular Prakashan Pvt. Ltd.
Growing up in a joint family with a principal father and a teacher mother, Anand had a strong connection to agriculture, especially as the eldest son responsible for their family farm. His early experiences with farming provided him with a deep understanding of agriculture and its evolution over time.
Anand Tripathi is a strong advocate for organic farming and emphasises the importance of soil testing for healthy crops. He believes that animal husbandry plays a crucial role in organic farming and that the shift towards chemical pesticides has diminished the hard work traditionally associated with farming.
He encourages the use of organic pesticides made from home resources, which not only benefit the fields and crops but also positively impact the ecosystem and human health.

In his leisure time, Anand Mani Tripathi enjoys sketching, writing poems, cooking, playing cricket, and badminton. His mantra for success is simple: "It is your duty to give your best."
