With nearly three decades of experience in the pharma industry, including 25 years as a senior manager, Amit founded a biotech company with the goal of providing the best dermatology products throughout India. His company has rapidly expanded its operations and aims to become a 100 crore company within the next ten years.

Amit Mathur is the Founder and Managing Director of Prisham Biotech Pvt. Ltd, a company selling its products all over India with a focus on dermatology. The company's main goal is to provide the best dermatology products throughout the country.

Amit holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing and HRM and an M.Sc in Statistics. With nearly three decades of experience in the pharma industry, including 25 years as a senior manager, he founded Prisham Biotech Pvt. Ltd four and a half years ago.

Prisham Biotech initially did business in North India, gradually expanded to South India, and is now working in West India too. By the end of this year, they aim to operate throughout India.

Amit was born and raised in Jaipur but later moved to Delhi and then to Mumbai. He lives with his wife, two kids, and his entire joint family.

Despite losing both his parents at an early age, Amit received immense support and love from his elder brothers. Their upbringing paved the way for his graduation. His elder brother's involvement in the pharma industry and the other brother's work at Taj Hotels influenced his desire to contribute to society.

After working as a regional manager and zonal manager in pharma companies, Amit left the pharma industry and founded Prisham Biotech Pvt. Ltd.

Amit prefers to call mistakes ‘learning experiences’ and believes in living a good life. He prioritizes horizontal growth, aiming for the growth of his family and society alongside his own. He emphasizes staying positive and optimistic and aims to influence others with his positivity.

The idea of starting his own company stemmed from his desire for horizontal growth and the freedom to make decisions beneficial for his company and society. He started the company with the support of his family, his own knowledge and experience, and his positivity. Prisham Biotech Pvt. Ltd has not taken any external funding and has grown with the support and blessings of Amit’s family.

Amit's role models are his parents and elder brothers, who taught him the value of self-investment and growing together. His wife and children also provide him with support and encouragement.

Amit considers his greatest achievement to be the rapid growth of Prisham Biotech Pvt. Ltd in the dermatology segment. He aims to make the company a 100 crore company within the next ten years and emphasizes the importance of building a positive brand.

He enjoys meeting new people, traveling, taking feedback, and positively influencing others and learning from them. His stress buster is spending time with the children in his family.

Amit believes in dedicated work and spending quality time with his family, often spending Sundays with them. His aspiration is to make his company an Indian multinational company, and his life mantra revolves around positivity, team building, and nurturing strong customer connections.
