A bakery owner, Amish lost his father at a young age and witnessed a struggling childhood. He is running his family business and always tries to work on the basis of customer feedback.

Amish Biscuitwala is the Owner of Surat Bakery which is a 125 years old venture of his family.

Talking about his childhood, Amish says that he did not have a very good childhood as his father had passed away when he was very young and all responsibility came upon his mother. Amish says that he started working at an early age of nine.

Amish says that his focus is always on getting feedback from his customers and adopting correction measures based on that to better his services.

Talking about his mistakes, Amish says that there have been plenty of mistakes in his life. For instance, once he used the wrong raw material and had to do away with the complete batch of food. After that, he started taking extra care in his work.

Amish also keeps a track on the quality of products of other bakeries as well and tries to improve his own food quality if he finds someone doing better. He feels that we should always keep an eye on what others do as everyone has something good to offer as a learning.

Advising the youth, Amish says that they should come into this field and always work for the customers. Also, they should keep improving themselves based on the things prevalent in the market.

Amish says that his life mantra is to live and let live and never to harm anyone in life.
