A woman on a mission to create financial awareness, who believes that your perseverance, passion, and panache with which you communicate make a huge difference.

Empowering an idea is a motto that she believes in very strongly. She is a financial mentor with over 20 years of experience creating financial knowledge for the last five years through every mode of communication, be it poetry, vlogs, sessions, one-to-one conversation, or Facebook live.

Financial awareness is one of the essential skills that every individual needs to own up, be it a man, woman, or child.

Wo-mentoring, kids mentoring, and fin-mentoring are something that she works extensively through every initiative to create financial awareness. Unfortunately, financial awareness or the financial literacy level in our country is just about 24% which means 76% of the Indian adult population is financially illiterate.

So, what can we do? What can change this? She says, “Our mindset.”

When we start focusing on our behaviour, when we begin grooming and mentoring our kids with a skill from a very young age, they do not become victims of the parent legacy when they grow up. They understand the importance of money management. At the same time, we must empower women to start managing their investments and ascertain that money matters is not a man’s world.

Women have become financially independent. Now, they need to become Financially confident. It is the lack of this confidence, that 1/3rd of the women are not managing their own money. It can only happen when we groom our young girls at a very young age to perform in every aspect of life, including money matters.

The best gift or the best present that you can gift to your present is financial literacy as it helps you in the present and the future.

She firmly believes in kids mentoring as a founder of the Motherhood Club group. Her mission is to create awareness in health, wealth, and happiness, as these are the three strong pillars by which a human being can advance in life.

When she speaks about health--- cancer is a very deadly disease that leads to financial toxicity and, of course, many other problems. Spreading awareness on cancer is a mission of motherhood club, where they are spreading awareness about every type of cancer along with a leading oncologist Dr Indu Bansal, Director Radiation Narayana Hospital Gurugram.

For menstrual hygiene, they have focused on distributing sanitary pads to women in slums across many cities who are now being made to use sanitary napkins to protect themselves and focus on menstrual hygiene, which unfortunately is still missing. When the woman or girl in the house is confident in those five days, she steps out to work, educates herself, and does everything she wishes to do, she becomes confident.

Menstrual hygiene is not just about menstrual hygiene. It is about educating yourself, empowering yourself, and enlightening yourself.

She feels networking to be an essential aspect of her life. Networking is all about giving, creating that assembly line for yourself, which will never let you fall because if you have an approach of giving, if you have a system of growth, you will never be a victim of not being involved in networking.

When you progress in life, you start accepting the flaws you have.

She has worked on her flaws and learned to be a leader. She has advanced in her knowledge by hosting talk-shows across the age group from men, women, and children, talking about different aspects of life. It helps her understand the human mind and brings about the change. Mindset is the crux of every change we wish to bring to our society, in our country, and life.

She would have made some of the mistakes in her career when she looked back. She was a little impatient. It’s essential to have your patience and place. In the last few years, she has worked upon it. Not everybody thinks the way you believe. So, everybody comes with some set of value systems. She has worked on networking skills, relationship skills, and becoming a better human being. She has worked to hone up her skills like writing, hosting talk shows, financial awareness, and being an effective parent. She believes God has been kind, and life has been progressive.

She firmly believes that it is important to fail as when you fail, you advance, which means forward action, inward learning.

Fail also means that when she fails personally, she learns a lot. She likes to encourage everyone to embark on the investments journey. You have to get over your mental biases. When you do that, you will achieve so much you will understand yourself.

“Knowing yourself,” is the key to success.

She has tried to understand herself, and in that process, she can help many know themselves.
