After completing his master's degree, Akhilesh embarked on a journey into the investment banking industry. Alongside his banking career, he has now ventured into the entrepreneurial world by launching a staffing agency. Akhilesh Kothari, co-founder of a startup specializing in staffing and recruitment services for the blue-collar workforce, hails from Salumbar, Rajasthan.

His academic journey began with an Engineering Degree followed by an MBA. He initially ventured into the world of Investment Banking, where he worked for three years before establishing his own investment banking business in Delhi and Mumbai. Recently, Kothari expanded his entrepreneurial pursuits by founding a startup focused on the blue-collar job market.

Reflecting on his childhood, Akhilesh fondly recalls being a lively kid who enjoyed outdoor games like Gilli-Danda and Sitoliya, which have become rare today.

Looking back, Kothari acknowledges that he might have missed better opportunities by choosing to stay close to home, but he has no regrets about his path.

In his free time, Akhilesh enjoys travelling and spending time with his family, often visiting religious sites.
