Besides being an IT professional, Akash wants to become a philanthropist and wants to make this world a better place to live in.

Akash belongs to Udaipur and completed his education from here itself. He has been working in Hyderabad since last six years and currently he is working at Broadcom Corporation which is an infrastructure, software and semiconductor company. He has been working here for the past three years.

The most challenging and difficult time Akash faced was during his college days when he used to think that being from a small town like Udaipur, getting a job would be very difficult but after getting placed in a good company, he feels that with hard work, efforts and guidance of teachers everything is possible.

During the Corona period, Akash faced many difficulties as he was staying away from his family in Hyderabad and meanwhile in his hometown, his grandfather died because of getting infected by the virus. It was a very depressing situation for him as he could not come to Udaipur so he was just waiting for this period to get over so that he could travel and meet his parents.

Akash feels that in life, education and experience both are equally important because education helps us see the world in a different way and in India taking education from a reputed institution is a must to get a good job. But once you enter into industry, start working, learn things and gain experience, it helps you to grow in your career and hence experience is important afterwards.

About leadership, Akash thinks that he is not a born leader but when he started observing the world around him he thought of leading his life in his own way and so he took up the charge of his life and decided to move things according to him. Now he feels that he has developed some leadership skills in him with time and experience.

Akash advises the current generation who wants to enter into the IT industry that don’t go with any misconceptions in mind like monotonous work, office politics etc. You should rather go with a positive mindset, do your work properly and there won’t be any problem for you. Apart from this, you can earn well in this field because it is an emerging and fast growing industry. Further he says, you might face some health issues because of a desktop job which requires sitting for long hours so keep yourself fit and healthy by doing daily workouts, maintain a work-life balance and lead a healthy life.

Akash says that he has learnt a lot from his maternal grandfather because of the way he used to see the world from a very different perspective and apart from money, he used to think about ways for helping people and living a spiritual life. And hence, he is Akash’s role model. Besides, there are three other personalities whom he admires a lot, the first one is Elon Musk as he emphasises on renewable energy resources. The second one is Bill Gates as he has built Microsoft from scratch and took it to zenith and also because he is a philanthropist. The last one is Warren Buffet for providing financial literacy to the world.
