A young professional, Akash has been striving to learn something new every day and prove his mettle to grow in not just his career but life as well.

Akash hails from Akola, Maharashtra. Currently, he is working with Amazon India. He started as a Customer Service Associate three years ago with Amazon and now he is a Resolution Specialist at Amazon.

Akash did his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and then joined Amazon India. He says that his engineering knowledge helps him bring an innovative approach to his work.

Akash stresses that planning in life is very important to reach where we want to be in our professional careers. You should set a specific date and be patient and hard-working to achieve your goals by that date.

Akash considers people in his organisation who have reached good positions in their professional careers as his inspiration. He considers MS Dhoni as his role model who came from a small place and made an identity of himself.

Akash is optimistic that online businesses have a great scope in future.

Talking about setbacks in his life, Akash says that sometimes he missed opportunities because of his own mistakes. It was also a setback for him when he couldn’t get promoted owing to an operational mistake but at that time his seniors guided him to just keep working and let things go. He worked hard and got the desired promotion.

Talking about his childhood memories, he says that his school was a co-educational school and as a kid, he had to wear shorts and shirts and that time he never liked it but looking back he says that it was very comfortable to put on shorts and go to school and he would also want to relive it if could go back in time. He also shares how much he loved to play Volleyball and roam around with his friends without letting his parents know.

In his free time, Akash likes to cook his food. He also likes to play video games.

If he could go back in time, then Akash would want to do something to gain relevant experience and skills in his field to be better off professionally.
