Akanksha is running her start-up business in the Travel line where she takes care of every little need of the customer in travelling and beyond. She is a hardworking and happy-to-go person who likes to maintain an atmosphere of happiness around her.

Akanksha Jain has been working as the HR Head at Sure N Secure Travel Solutions, Delhi for the last two years. She says that her travel company doesn’t just focus on travelling but beyond it, keeping in mind the needs of the customer, they also provide them hotel bookings, air tickets, cars, cabs and taxis.

Akanksha belongs to Delhi and completed her schooling in Commerce stream from Hansraj Smarak Sr. Sec. School, Delhi. Then she did her B.Com from Vivekananda College and M.Com. from IGNOU. Alongside M.Com, she started her journey by taking private tuitions at home. She worked for five years at different profiles mostly in back end operations at several companies and institutions. Then she started her startup in the travel line with one of her colleagues in the name ‘Sure N Secure Travel Solutions’ and it’s been two years since this work started. So far they have thirty-two franchises in their area.

Akanksha considers her parents as her role models because she has always seen her father working hard and he has risen from the ground. She is also inspired by her mother as despite being a homemaker, she always stood by her family, supported her father, never gave up and kept everyone together.

About Covid, Akanksha says that it has been a terrible experience in terms of losing people as many people have died during the second wave but it has also taught everyone to be together with family and value their loved ones.

According to Akanksha, Education and Experience both are necessary because if you have education then only you can get experience. From education we learn everything and experience helps us to advance in our career.

In her spare time, Akanksha enjoys spending time with her family.
