Ajaz Ahmad Khan is the founder and CEO of Teczu solutions. With his determination and hard work he has established his KPO company and is satisfied with it.

Ajaz Khan comes from the city of Udaipur in Rajasthan. He heads Teczu Solutions which is a KPO firm providing its services for the past 6 years. Techju Solutions engages in email list building, lead generation and providing digital marketing services to its clients worldwide, mostly from the US and the UK.

Recalling his childhood days, Azaz says that though his family’s financial condition was not very good, his parents supported his studies wholeheartedly. He shares that his father was not able to continue his education despite being good at studies and had to become an auto driver; and his mother worked as a fruit seller. As he says, his parents have sacrificed a lot and worked hard for his education.

Ajaz passed his 10th and 12th class from Udaipur. After he passed the 10th class, he was not much clear about what he wanted to do, but he was suggested by many that there is a lot of scope in the field of commerce so he chose commerce stream for his 10+2. After passing 12th standard he did B.Com and MBA from Maharana Bhupal Commerce College in Udaipur. He pursued MBA with the support of educational loan as he was attracted by the handsome packages for MBA graduates. He completed his MBA in 2012 and started job hunting.

But  searching for a job was not a walk in the park for him; as he did MBA in finance, there were not many jobs in that field for him. But he did not stop, he took up any job that he could dig. For three months he took up a project to make Aadhar Cards, then for the next year he worked at a fruit shop as accounts manager till 2013.

In 2013, he also got married. Meanwhile he saw an ad for a job at Arcgate in the newspaper. He went for the interview and got selected. Though his salary was not much, he worked with full dedication.

Now Ajaz was learning about the KPO industry, lead generation and many other skills as well. He had also started a pet project of his own in the meantime that was online marketing of his services. He also used to contact potential customers to sell his services, and eventually he earned his first assignment in 2015. He was getting more and more assignments now so he managed his time by working full time in the day, and in the night he used to work on his project; he had also engaged his friend to work part time at night with him.

And in June 2015, he quit the job at Arcgate to focus full time on his venture. And the same year he established his firm Teczu Solutions with 10 employees. Now, gaining even deeper knowledge in his profession, he became an expert in the field.

Azaz strongly believes that if you work hard for something you will definitely reach your goal. He also says that your stream does not matter much, what matters is that whatever you do, you must be proficient in it and have a deep knowledge about that particular field.
