Ajay Sen is the owner of Mayur Salon and Academy, Udaipur. He has an experience of eighteen years in this field and has two branches of his salon.
Ajay did an M.A. in English Literature from B.N. College. After that, he decided to join his ancestral work and took training from Jawed Habib Academy, Delhi.
Talking about his role models, Ajay says that first and foremost his mother is the one who inspired him to come into this field. After that, Ajay considers Jawed Habib as his mentor.
Sharing about his COVID-19 experience, Ajay says that business declined drastically due to the pandemic. However, since grooming is an essential service, he took permission from the collectorate and divided teams area-wise to give home service to his clients.
Ajay says that his success mantra in life is to be dedicated, loyal, and humble to his customers.
If given a time machine, he would like to start his salon work in his school days and not wait until his college time.
Ajay says that his motivation to work hard is his dream to train at Sunny Hairport, Delhi once in his life.

Advising the youth, Ajay says that they should train from ISO-certified academies and join this field for the scope it has.
