Ajay’s love for sketching introduced him to the field of tattoo art and thus he became a successful self-taught tattoo artist.

Ajay M Patil is a Tattoo Artist and owns a tattoo studio in Surat.

Originally from Maharashtra, Ajay resides in Surat, Gujarat. He studied fine arts to follow his passion for sketching. He took inspiration from his uncle and learned drawing too.

After completing his twelfth standard, Ajay attended several seminars and aspired to do something in the art field. Not having enough money to pursue an animation course, he learned tattooing and has been working in the industry for ten years.

During the COVID pandemic, Ajay’s tattooing business took a heavy toll and he didn’t get any clients. So he devoted all his free time to vamp up his sketching skills during the lockdown.

To the aspiring artists, Ajay says that come in the art field if you are genuinely passionate about arts and not simply for money. He says that being a good sketcher is crucial for being a good tattoo artist. He further says that women should also aspire to become tattoo artists as there is a lot of demand and scope for female artists in the tattoo industry.

बारहवीं कक्षा पूरी करने के बाद, अजय ने कई सेमिनारों में भाग लिया और कला के क्षेत्र में कुछ करने की इच्छा जताई। एनीमेशन कोर्स करने के लिए पर्याप्त पैसा नहीं होने के कारण, उन्होंने टैटू बनाना सीखा और दस वर्षों से उद्योग में काम कर रहे हैं।
