A beautiful person makes the whole world beautiful.
Ajay Dayma is the Founder of Manav Chetna Vikas Kendra, Indore. In order to provide solutions for a reasonable and peaceful life, he states that twenty-eight families coexist at this institution.
According to Ajay, he had always wanted to improve interpersonal relationships, the environment, and society. He kept meeting individuals in order to complete this dream of his, and after a gruelling five years of searching, he finally discovered a reasonable individual who shared his viewpoint. He married in the interim, and his spouse gave him support as well. After that, he left his job and started a new initiative to benefit humanity. He developed a new paradigm for living that is centred on relationships and leads to a just life. In order to promote a culture that maintains fairness in all aspects of life, he developed the ‘Manav Chetna Vikas Kendra’.
So far, 28 families have come out to support the promotion of compassionate behaviour. They gave up their dishonest jobs and ventures to collaborate with Ajay in organic farming, producing milk and other dairy products locally, and pursuing other environment-friendly endeavours. In addition, they provide people access to these items devoid of any transaction system.
Ajay grew up in Indore, where he was born. He completed his schooling there itself. Later, when he completed Mechanical Engineering, he was hired by an MNC, where he advanced quickly over the course of a year and a half. However, weary with the exploitative tactics of big corporate businesses, he went into the education field. He started working as a lecturer at an Indore engineering college. However, he felt he did not have what it took to be a teacher. He quickly left that role because he respected the dignity of teachers. Later on, he was hired by the Public Service Commission to serve as a government official; however, after just one month, he resigned from the position due to the inhuman working conditions.
"We should do work complementary to nature and should give back more than what we take from it," is Ajay's motto for success. He adheres to the relationship-based paradigm without fail.
Ajay reflects on his early years and recalls that apart from being intelligent, he was also always the funniest youngster in the group. He used to be beaten up at home because he liked to disturb the females and fly kites.
When asked who his role models are, Ajay replies that he looks up to his friend Nagraj since he provided him with the right guidance on how a person ought to live. Other than this, anyone who thinks that even though someone looks like a human, humanity won't succeed unless we all behave like humans. He finds inspiration in all these individuals.
He describes his struggles and claims that his deep-rooted beliefs about accomplishment and success are his main barriers. He says that resigning from a good government job without any solid reason caused a lot of people to take notice as it went against the grain of what was expected of someone who wanted to rise in society. Besides, the hardest thing he had to overcome was the public's assessment of him.
Speaking about his achievements, Ajay states that he gauges his success by the extent to which he can generously and assiduously support the endeavours of his relationship-based living model. He also thinks about his accomplishments in solving difficulties, living a wealthy life, and accumulating riches free from any kind of exploitation.
Putting people under lockdown was the best thing that happened during COVID, thinks Ajay. Because all professional and commercial activity ceased, all environmental health criteria were activated, and a resurgence was noted. He adds regretfully that no one has learnt from such a horrible outbreak of a dreaded disease, which might lead to a more deadly pandemic in the future.
Ajay contends that having an education is necessary for living a decent and successful life. He continues by saying that education is essential for living in peace with the environment and other people. Additionally, he says that being educated is more about having an understanding of what's essential in life than it is about being literate.
According to Ajay, he wasn't born with the traits of leadership; instead, he had to work on them. What inspires individuals, in his perspective, is not controlling anybody but rather unlocking each person's potential via freedom. Many others joined him with the intention of encouraging self-motivation, which eased his trip.
He would have spent years learning the actual meaning of life, but if he had a time machine, he would have returned to his engineering days and begun to live a decent life.
Ajay suggests that everyone cooperate while bearing in mind the differences in each other's bodies and ideologies. In order to make everyone's life happier, he also urges them to cultivate a harmonius atmosphere among themselves.
