Aditya Raj Singh Rathore seamlessly blends luxury hospitality with sustainable tourism. From launching a wildlife resort near Udaipur dedicated to leopard conservation to reviving authentic Rajasthani cuisine through his cloud kitchen, his ventures reflect a deep-rooted love for nature and culture.

Aditya Raj Singh Rathore is a dynamic Hospitality Entrepreneur and Wildlife Enthusiast from Falna, Rajasthan, a small town located between Jodhpur and Udaipur.

Passionate about luxury ecotourism and wildlife conservation, he is currently completing his first major hospitality project—a wildlife resort near Udaipur, dedicated to leopard conservation and spiritual tourism. It is set to become a premier destination for wildlife lovers and eco-conscious travelers.

In addition to his hospitality venture, Aditya Raj Singh also operates ‘Kaachri’, a cloud kitchen in Jaipur specializing in authentic Rajasthani cuisine. Kaachri is reviving the charm of timeless Rajputana flavours cooked with authentic ingredients and off-beat techniques served for the present-day connoisseurs.

The inspiration behind Aditya Raj’s wildlife resort in Udaipur came from his deep-rooted love for nature and conservation. Focused on protecting the leopard population and promoting sustainable tourism in Rajasthan, the resort aims to offer visitors an immersive experience in wildlife safaris, nature photography, and eco-friendly luxury stays. With an increasing demand for eco-tourism in Rajasthan, Aditya’s project is set to establish itself as one of the best wildlife resorts near Udaipur, catering to both domestic and international travelers seeking an authentic Rajasthani wildlife experience.

For Aditya Raj Singh Rathore, entrepreneurship was always on the horizon, but his biggest inspiration has been his father. Watching his father instilled in him work ethics, business acumen, and a deep appreciation for dedication and perseverance. Beyond business, his father also introduced him to wildlife conservation, which later shaped his love for nature, photography, and sustainable tourism.

Wildlife Enthusiast Aditya Raj initially pursued a career in luxury hospitality and worked for a five-star hotel in Delhi, gaining valuable experience in hotel management, guest relations, and tourism operations. However, despite his professional growth, he always felt the pull toward entrepreneurship and creating something of his own.

Like many entrepreneurs, Rathore’s turning point came during the COVID-19 pandemic. Returning to his hometown, he reevaluated the tourism potential of Rajasthan and saw a unique opportunity in wildlife-focused luxury stays. With his experience in hospitality and luxury tourism, he identified a gap in the market for a high-end wildlife resort in Udaipur that combines sustainability, adventure, and cultural immersion.

This realization led to the birth of his eco-resort near Udaipur, designed to offer a one-of-a-kind experience blending wildlife tourism, conservation efforts, and luxury hospitality. The resort will feature guided leopard safaris, nature trails, and eco-lodges, making it a must-visit destination for wildlife enthusiasts in Rajasthan.

Hotelier Aditya Raj firmly believes that success in the hospitality industry requires things like thorough market research before launching a business, understanding the basics of hotel and tourism management, being prepared for risks and uncertainties, having a strong support system while maintaining self-confidence and taking action when opportunities arise—there is no ‘perfect moment.’

A quote that has always guided him comes from his math tutor:

"If you do not work towards your own dreams, someone else will hire you to work on theirs."

This philosophy solidified his decision to transition from a job in a five-star hotel to building his own luxury resort in Udaipur.

Growing up, Aditya Raj Singh spent most of his childhood in boarding schools, which helped him develop adaptability, independence, and a global perspective. Whenever he returned to his hometown, Falna, his love for animals and nature grew stronger. His house was once filled with pets and rescued animals, creating a deep connection with wildlife that later influenced his passion for wildlife photography and conservation.

Now, he has seamlessly integrated his love for nature into his business and passion for wildlife photography. He ensures that his resort serves both tourists and conservationists by promoting responsible wildlife tourism in Rajasthan.

If not in hospitality, Aditya Raj admits he would have loved to pursue a career in sports, particularly cricket. His father was deeply passionate about the game, and Aditya dedicated a significant portion of his childhood to playing the sport. Even today, he wonders if he could have built a career in professional cricket.

Aditya Raj Singh Rathore believes that mistakes are an inevitable part of life, and in today’s world, almost everyone makes them. According to him, life is not a simple, mistake-free journey—everyone stumbles along the way. He acknowledges that he has made many mistakes in his own life as well.

During his younger years, Aditya Raj did not consider himself a very bright child. However, at some point, he developed the perception that he was academically strong, which led him to become complacent. He gradually lost focus on his studies and shifted his attention toward sports and other activities. Looking back, he realizes that this lenient approach toward his work in the earlier phase of his life was not ideal. He now believes that if he had been more disciplined and focused, he would have understood many things much earlier than he actually did.

He reflects on the fact that had he maintained a structured mindset and adhered to certain fundamental principles, he might have started his current projects much earlier. However, he also acknowledges that mistakes are an essential part of personal growth. In his view, there is no way to avoid them entirely. They happen, people go through them, learn from them, and apply those lessons in life. But he also emphasizes that repeating the same mistakes over and over again is a sign of going down the wrong path. To him, the key to progress is learning from past errors, implementing those lessons, and proving to oneself that personal growth has taken place.

As Aditya Raj Singh moves forward, he aims to ensure that he does not make the same mistakes again or anything similar. He acknowledges that mistakes will always happen, as they do for everyone, but he stresses that they should not be so severe that they cause significant harm.

When asked if he would change anything if given the chance to go back in time, Aditya is unsure. However, he admits that he would have loved to focus more on sports, particularly cricket. During his school days, he had a deep passion for the game, and his father, who was equally passionate about it, always encouraged him. Looking back, he wishes he had dedicated more time to sports to see if he could have built a career in that field. If given the opportunity, he would have structured his routine to balance sports and academics in a way that could have led to a potential career in sports.
