Aditya Mishra is a bassist and music producer who started companies like Accolade Atelier Pvt Ltd, Graphtech, and Prad Tooling.

Recalling his journey, Aditya says his bandmate helped him organize a basic studio at home. He learned how to play the guitar and bass instruments, and compose music.

Sharing his accomplishments, Aditya says his biggest achievement is learning how to produce, mix, and master music on his own. After his marriage, he started a project with his wife, where she is a vocalist and songwriter, and he is a producer. Experimenting with different genres of music is also an accomplishment for him.

Aditya says being a self-teacher helps you create your own style.

Talking about his mistakes, Aditya says earlier he didn’t believe in himself. It took him three years to overcome this shortcoming.

Aditya’s life mantra is “Love the people around us.” He also believes that every achievement in life is meaningless if you can’t come home and enjoy yourself; there must be people with whom you can share and enjoy your achievements and experiences.

When asked about his role models, Aditya says he considers his father as his role model because of his passion. His musical role model is Udai Sir, from whom he takes inspiration. He also learned how to live unconditionally from his pet dog.

Advising the youth, Aditya says the most important thing is passion, and you have to be deeply connected with music in order to pursue it as a career. He also says to find ways to do new things, as it will help you be productive.

In his free time, Aditya likes to ride motorcycles, go on nature walks, and go stargazing.
