From an ancestral salon background, Aditya Dewada created three world records with his 28-scissor haircut technique, breaking international records and earning recognition for India while also introducing the Fire Haircut locally. He secured third place at the Asian Championship in Kazakhstan and represented India at the World Championship 2025 among 49 countries, rising from financial struggles through skill and determination.

Aditya Dewada, owner of The Creation World Unisex Salon, shares that hairstyling is his ancestral profession and he has been in this field for around ten years. Before him, his grandfather and father were in the same profession, and later he also entered this field. Initially, he had little interest in joining this profession, but an incident changed everything. The workers at his father’s salon left the job together, and his elder brother had gone out for studies. Because of that situation, he had to step into this field.

Gradually, he started developing interest in it. He first introduced some haircut designs that were trending abroad but had not yet started here. Then he performed the Fire Haircut locally. After receiving a good response for the Fire Haircut, he wanted to do something more unique. He created a world record by performing a haircut using 28 scissors. By doing this, he broke the world records of hairstylists from Iran, Iraq, China, and Pakistan and established his own world record in the name of India.

Entering this field, he first achieved three world records through the 28-scissor haircut. Moving forward, he participated in the Asian Championship held in Kazakhstan and secured third position across Asia. Continuing further, he competed in the World Championship 2025, where he participated in a haircut competition alongside contestants from 49 countries at the same time.

After Aditya created the 28-scissors world record, he received calls from many places. Clients came from Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, and other states. People were curious to see how 28 or 30 scissors could be used for a haircut. Along with clients, officials also visited, including MLA Satish Malviya and the district collector, who appreciated this unique skill.

Basically, he belongs to a village named Dhatrawada, located around 30 kilometers from Ujjain. He was born in Ujjain on 28 December 1995. His education was also completed in Ujjain. He studied up to 10th standard at Saraswati Vidya Mandir, a school located in Ujjain. After that, he completed ITI from Khachrod. Then he pursued B.Com (CA) from Advance College, Ujjain and later completed MBA from Prashanti Mahavidyalaya, Ujjain.

Since childhood, his grandfather and father wanted him to enter this field. They always said that it is necessary to have a skill in your hands. Today, that skill has brought him to this level. Earlier, he did not want to enter this field at all. He was more inclined toward dance and modeling and wanted to build his career in that world. But his father always told him that one should have a skill so that in any difficult situation, one never has to depend on others for help. With the strength of skill, a person can achieve anything.

Salon Owner Aditya considers his father and brothers as his role models. His father is his first role model, who taught him this profession. His elder brother taught him how to achieve new milestones and adopt new techniques in this field. His second elder brother, Jayesh, always supported him and encouraged him by saying, ‘You go ahead, we are behind you.’ They have always been his backbone of support.

His father and elder brothers always say that if nature has chosen you for something, then something special is hidden within you. If among millions or billions you are chosen for something, then you definitely have the ability to do it. If you decide firmly, you can achieve it at any cost.

When he entered this field, his father was under heavy debt. Because of that debt, completing education was very difficult. He earned money through dance performances, taking event assignments, and modeling to gather funds and complete his education. After that, they planned to start their own salon. In the beginning, there were many financial pressures, and people often troubled his father and brothers regarding money. That period was very difficult for them. Slowly, with God’s support, that time passed, and today they are moving on the path of success.

According to him, no matter what situation comes in life, one should never step back. One should think that it is just a phase and it will pass, and continue moving forward in work. Gradually, problems will also disappear. If a person works with full concentration and dedication, every difficulty can be overcome.

During his struggle period, when he initially started the 28-scissor technique, many people made fun of him. Some said it was madness, some warned that someone might get injured, and many discouraged him from doing it. But after achieving success, the same people now praise his work. His message is that once you decide to do something, you must continue on that path until it is completed and never leave it midway.
