A martial arts coach, Abul has been providing training to his students for the past nine years. Since his ancestors were freedom fighters and martyrs, he believes he is continuing his family's legacy.

Abul Hassan is a martial arts coach from Kota. He has been teaching martial arts, especially Taekwondo, for the past nine years.

Abul Hassan is not just a martial arts coach, but also a bearer of his family's rich legacy of being freedom fighters and martyrs.  Despite losing his younger brother to an illness during his childhood, he cherishes the love and warmth of his close-knit joint family. Having studied in Kota, he is currently pursuing a BCA through distance learning. He also holds a "Black Belt" from South Korea, which authorises him to teach the art to the students.

Abul's professional journey began with a deep-rooted passion for martial arts . His great-great grandfather's legacy as a freedom fighter and warrior inspired Abul to pursue taekwondo as his main art form. He started teaching school kids and eventually opened his own coaching classes, where he honed his skills and expertise. Abul's dedication to martial arts led him to earn a Black Belt from South Korea.  Abul now runs his own martial arts school, passing on his knowledge and passion to future generations of students.  He also learned "Kalaripayattu" which is one of the oldest forms of martial arts in India. He also trained in "Mall Yudh" which is a form of wrestling.

Speaking about his struggles, Abul says he started teaching martial arts at schools and coaching institutes. But, when he started his own martial arts academy, the COVID pandemic hit, and due to that, he had to close down his academy. He sat idle for almost two years.  During those days, he started his YouTube channel, upon which he received a huge response from his viewers and students.

Abul has represented Rajasthan in a competition in Taekwondo for a particular form called "Poomsae". He has participated in many of the state and national championships of Taekwondo. Above all, he feels proud of learning and mastering sixteen different martial art forms, including Taekwondo.

Referring to his mistakes, Abul says that when he lost his brother, he started supporting his family very early, keeping his education aside. However, he managed to receive his education later in life while also practicing Taekwondo and other martial arts. But he thinks he should have pursued his education along with his family responsibilities. He regrets not opting for distance education, which would have allowed him to balance both his personal and professional lives better. Now, he encourages others to not make the same mistake he did and to prioritize their education.

To the young generation, Abul advises them to prioritize their education and always choose the martial art form that offers them future opportunities. He suggests they follow education and their passion for martial arts in parallel to achieve success.

When asked about his role models, Abul says he considers his great-great-grandfather, father, and uncle as his role models. He says his family's legacy has always inspired him to follow in his forefathers’ footsteps.

When he is not busy with his work, Abul enjoys spending time with his three-year-old daughter. He also likes to tinker around with his personal computer and edit content for his YouTube Channel.

When asked how he sees the future of martial arts in India, Abul says that he believes it will continue to grow in popularity and more people will start practicing it as a form of fitness and self-defense. He says many movie actors are coming forward to promote various kinds of martial arts in movies, which is helping to create more awareness and interest in the sport. This, in turn, is leading to an increase in the number of people who are taking up martial arts.

During his low times, Abul likes to follow the quote of Bruce Lee, who once said, "Be like water". So, in any situation, Abul tries to adapt and flow like water.
