Abhishek’s life has been a roller coaster ride for him. But, after struggling a lot at every stage of his life, he got himself into a good position eventually.

Abhishek Vaishnav works for Orango Solutions as a Sales and Event Marketing Head. He is based in Udaipur. The company has media and advertising rights for five Airports in North-India.

Abhishek hails from Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh but has been living in Udaipur for the past six years. He graduated as a Civil Engineer.

Abhishek says that he was very fond of Dancing in his childhood. So he used to choreograph all the events in his school. He recognized his talent for Dance very early and worked on improving his skills with time. As he grew up, he entered into this field and started doing well. Soon he choreographed many Award and Stage Shows. He even did Theater.

Abhishek considers his father as his Role Model because he never stopped Abhishek from doing anything and supported him at every step of his life. He also took care of his family in every difficult time and always moved ahead in life by taking risks.

Talking about his struggles, Abhishek tells us that he followed his passion for Dance but was not able to make much money out of this profession initially. Due to which, he faced a lot of financial challenges in his early career. But with his endeavors, he went to perform on national as well as international platforms.

Abhishek shares that he worked as a Dance Choreographer at Rajeev Surti Dance Factory in Udaipur. Then gradually his interest started developing in the Event and Hospitality industry too. And so, he tried his hand in this industry by taking up a job of an Event Manager at Bhakti Events in Udaipur.

Abhishek says that during the Covid pandemic, his father got infected with this disease. Because of which he had to leave his Event Manager job and take care of his father. As his recovery took time, Abhishek became financially unstable and faced quite a challenging phase. After a year, he came back to Udaipur in search of work. The pandemic proved to be the worst scenario for the Artists community as they had no place to work for and for Abhishek, his survival was at stake. After a long search, he landed at Orango Solutions as a Sales Executive. Now, it’s been a year-and-a-half of him working there.

According to Abhishek, both Education and Experience go hand in hand because if you are educated, you can easily get a good job. And if you have good experience in your field, then you can go a long way in it. He feels that experience is more important because then you will be able to handle any situation gracefully and move ahead. Plus, basic education is a must for anyone to sustain and make a living.

Abhishek advises the young generation that if you have confidence in yourself to do what you are interested in, and reach a good position in it someday, then you should go for it and give your best to achieve what you want. He suggests them to never leave that field no matter what happens.

If Abhishek had a Time Machine, he would like to go back in his past and plan every decision of his life to move forward in a more systematic and planned way.
