A hotel owner, Abhishek faced difficulties, being in the tourism sector. He believes that avoiding tasks is not the solution.

Abhishek Parashar is the owner of the hotel Pushkar Lake Palace.

Recalling his childhood, Abhishek says he completed his primary education at Taramani Sr. Sec. School, Pushkar. Later, he pursued further schooling at the government school. He also pursued a BA from the government college in Ajmer.

Sharing his pandemic experiences, Abhishek says that at first it was nice to see people staying at home and living with families after a long time. Abhishek says Pushkar is a tourist destination where people from different countries visit. However, as tourism stopped due to the pandemic,  people below the poverty line and people engaged professionally in the tourism sector were severely affected.

When asked about his role models, Abhishek says all the people who have taught him something good are his role models. He considers his father his inspiration because he built a hotel for his son.

Sharing his opinion on education and experience, Abhishek says primary education plays an essential role in a person’s life. It helps in gaining knowledge, and it also provides a degree. However, experience has its own place in a person’s life; it also helps in developing skills, as people connected with tourism  have learned English without any schooling as they learned it from experience.

Abhishek’s success mantra is "Finish tomorrow’s task today and keep consistency."

Advising the youth, Abhishek says everyone has dreams and plans to pursue. However, they must gain experience under a good trainer in order to get a better idea of that particular field. In addition to that, you should start your business with a small investment. Furthermore, he advises doing meditation every morning, as it will help you become mentally strong.
