An assistant professor, Abhishek teaches mechanical engineering and is passionate about helping students succeed academically and professionally.

Born and raised in Ujjain, Abhishek Joshi is working as an Assistant Professor at the Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies in Udaipur. He has been working with the Department of Mechanical Engineering in the institute for the past four years.  He has a passion for teaching and is dedicated to helping his students succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.

Abhishek did Mechanical Engineering from the Shanti Institute of Engineering in Ujjain. He also qualified for GATE exams and pursued his Master's Degree in Thermal Engineering.

Going down the lane of his childhood memories, Abhishek says he had a great love for cricket. He played cricket until his schooling, and then he started focusing more on his academics and career.  He also remembers the joyful moments spent enjoying a picnic with his friends at Panchvati in Madhya Pradesh.

In his spare time, Abhishek still enjoys playing cricket. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places on weekends.

Abhishek is of the opinion that there should be a balance between education and experience. To succeed in life, one should have both a strong educational background and practical experience in your chosen field.

Abhishek looks up to his father as his role model. Since his childhood, he has seen his father work hard to make the family enjoy all the luxuries of life.

Since his childhood, Abhishek had been interested in machines, especially robots, so he pursued mechanical engineering. In his present occupation, Abhishek heads the Department of Industrial Automation and works towards creating innovative projects that can revolutionize various industries. He advises students to focus more on Robotics and Mechanics to pursue a great career.

His father always suggests that he should never have regrets and follow the path with a determined mind and heart to achieve success.

If he gets a chance to go back in time via a time machine, Abhishek will visit his deceased maternal grandfather. He every once in a while feels that he should have visited his grandfather when he was sick, but he was unaware that his grandpa would pass away.

To the young generation, Abhishek suggests that they sit with themselves and ask in which field they want to pursue their career. This will help them make informed decisions and work towards achieving their goals. He also advises them to listen to others’ advice but to make their own decisions about their careers.
