After completing his MBA, Abhishek started his own business, but then he left it owing to certain personal circumstances. He finally found his interest in the education field and joined Badala Classes on the recommendation of its founder and co-founder. The institute is producing good results on an all-India level in competitive examinations of the commerce field. Coaching courses for science were started recently in the coaching institute, and according to him, the future looks bright for the establishment.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, online classes were provided to students through the institute’s newly developed application for mobile devices. Abhishek was in charge of the troubleshooting issues of the students, and he worked hard day and night to resolve the issues of the students so that they could have a seamless online educational experience. He believes that the ensuing lockdown due to the pandemic proved to be fruitful for him. He got to learn a lot about the upcoming trends of information technology in education and also served the students around the clock.

According to Abhishek, if one wants to pursue a career in the education sector, one must have thorough subject knowledge. However, only having thorough subject knowledge is not enough, and one must also be well versed in the presentation of the subject matter, which matters the most. In the field of administration guidance, he recommends that one have a thorough knowledge of computer skills. One must be ready to solve the doubts of parents and students. Patience is an important quality in this profession.

Sharing his opinion on education and experience, Abhishek says both play an equally important role in our lives. Learning through experience amplifies the effect of learning through books because one does not envision everything on his own but is given a chance to experience reality. He also believes that education gives us the knowledge and ethics to pursue our goals in life. Education develops the foundation on which the experience of a person is built over the years.

Abhishek’s role model is his father. He is a CA by profession. He experienced financial difficulties and rose from nothing. He is a hardworking and honest man. Rahul sir is his professional role model as one of the co-founders of the institute; he never rests easy, nor does he let his subordinates work on his behalf. Abhishek says education is Rahul’s passion, and he starts working at seven in the morning and works non-stop till midnight. On a concluding note, he motivates students and tells them to never give up in life, no matter the odds.
