A dance and educational academy owner, Abhijeet is a self-made man who is also an accomplished state-level cricket player.

A Ranchi-based entrepreneur, Abhijeet Kumar has come up with many start-ups.

Born and raised in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, Abhijeet moved to Ranchi when he was in the fourth grade and completed the rest of his school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya there. Abhijeet claims that he was selected for the cricket team of his school when he was in the sixth grade. He has been playing cricket since then, and he has even played for his state.

Describing his journey, Abhijeet claims that in 2006, he got the opportunity to play for the Kendriya Vidyalaya group and was captain till 2012. To support himself, he started his coaching classes and named them “Kaizen Classes”.

Speaking about his mistakes, Abhijeet says he used to procrastinate every important thing in his life. Once, in 2019, he went on a tour to Dehradun. During his tour, he visited Hrishikesh, where he listened to Srimad Bhagavad Gita which changed his life. He was enlightened and realized his mistake. He started doing every task on time and broke his habit of procrastination.

When asked about his role models, Abhijeet says he looks up to his cricket coaches and his wife as his inspiration. But his life took a turn when he listened to Srimad Bhagavad Gita. He says his life’s inspiration, life changer, and mentor is only the Gita.

Abhijeet always follows a mantra that was given by the famous life coach Vivek Bindra which is  “Don't try to change your life's position, change your perspective”.

In 2009, Abhijeet’s team won a gold medal during a cricket tournament. He claims that since 2021 he has been a performer in state cricket, scoring the highest number of runs. When he launched his “Kaizen dance academy”, he used to sit alone, but very soon the number of students increased to two hundred. His students also participated in many of the dance competitions and won many prizes.

In his free time, Abhijeet enjoys reading books and spending time with his wife.

To the young aspirants who want to pursue their career in the field of education , Abhijeet advises having a good team of teachers, being transparent with students, and offering them the best education. He also suggests they give extracurricular activities along with education coaching to their students for their holistic development.
