Aayushi is a young entrepreneur and thinks that business is better than doing a job. She feels that it provides you with freedom and exposure.

Aayushi Totala was born in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. She has done her schooling from Ratlam Public School. After that, she completed her BBA from IBS Academy, Indore.

Aayushi started her own venture related to Supply Chain Management, Transportation, and Logistics four months back. It is about managing the transportation of goods and managing their proper supply. She says that from finding loads from load boards to talking to brokers and negotiating every aspect is done by her and her other two partners. Aayushi says that she started working in a startup after her graduation. After three years of working, she decided to start her own venture and register her company.

Aayushi feels that starting a business is a tiresome process. One has to put in more than a hundred percent effort and work harder in comparison to a fixed job. Everything has to be taken care of in a personal capacity as hiring even one person turns out to be a big decision. She also says that she had never thought of starting a business but destiny brought her on this path.

During Covid, Aayushi says that nothing much changed for her. She lives in a rented duplex in Indore and has her office set up on the ground floor itself. This helped Aayushi to keep working and also saved her from Covid. However, she feels that it has stopped her from traveling home and meeting her parents.

Aayushi thinks that Education is important but Experience is more important. She feels that people should keep learning as new fields like Digital Marketing are fast emerging. She also adds that through experience, one gains leadership qualities. According to her, the leader is not a boss and should work in coordination with their employees.

She considers her parents as great boosters in her life. Aayushi shared that her parents have always supported her and never stopped her from doing anything. They trust her completely and have full faith in her.

Aayushi says that to start something we just need an idea which can be started from one’s home as well. She says that if you have an idea, then work in implementing it and making it a reality.
