A singer who started her music journey late, Aayushi worked hard to fulfill her dreams and is now performing in different countries.

Aayushi Sharma is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist. She has been in this field for the past five years, performing globally.

Hailing from Delhi, Aayushi says she belonged to a small family and small town, so she could not pursue music as a career in her initial years. She started her career as an engineer, and later decided to pursue singing as a full-time profession.

Recalling her childhood, Aayushi says she remembers that her friend had a beautiful voice, and she also used to hum and participate in singing programs at her school. She also won prizes many times.

Sharing her journey, Aayushi says she started her journey in music a little late. When she took admission in college in Ghaziabad, she was inspired by a band and used to think of having her own band. After four years of graduation, she got a campus placement. She says she left the opportunity after a month.

Talking about her achievements, Aayushi says she got selected for the Indian Idol and went to the sixth stage there, which is a huge achievement for her.

When asked about her mistakes, Aayushi says underestimating oneself is the biggest mistake people make. It is not easy to feel confident among other artists doing better, but feeling less should not be an option.

Talking about her role models, Aayushi shares that she takes inspiration from her mother because she supports her mentally. Aayushi also considers herself a role model as she is able to build self-motivation to become successful.

To relieve stress, Aayushi reads books and listens to the stories of other artists and people to find inspiration and mental peace.

Aayushi’s life mantra is "Never stop believing in yourself."

Advising upcoming singers, Aayushi says that it is necessary to believe in yourself and that you need to work hard for your dreams. It is not easy to pursue your dream as a career, so always be thankful for having the pleasure of living your dream.
